Micro Resets

Today’s imaging world moves fast—AI tools speeding up workflows, staffing shortages stretching techs thin, and patients showing up more anxious than ever. Stress can stack up quickly, but small habits can make a big difference. Try “micro-resets”: 10 slow breaths before calling the next patient, a quick walk to reset your brain between protocols, or setting a calming phone wallpaper in the control room. Swap doom-scrolling for music or podcasts during breaks. Remember: a calm tech creates a calm scan room. Protect your peace—it’s part of patient care.
